King County reports over 250 new coronavirus cases over the weekend

King County health officials reported 260 new cases of COVID-19 over the past weekend along with no new deaths related to the virus.

The county currently has 2,155 people in hospital due to coronavirus and reported a total of 708 deaths as of Sunday.

According to King County health officials, there has been a total of 339,194 tests conducted throughout the county — 2,605 over the weekend — with 18,678 positive cases.

Washington’s case count currently sits at 71,012, while the United States’ count totals 5,889,047.
