Chef Dre Neeley from Gravy and Chef Matt Lewis from Seattle’s Where Ya At Matt have announced a collaboration just in time for Father’s Day weekend.
The two have worked together to create a meal that showcases the delicacies of the Northwest with a NOLA-style boil.
The menu on offer includes head-on shrimp low country boil or crawfish low country boil, both boiled with corn, potatoes, and andouille sausage, served with a house salad and corn muffins. Add-ons include local Dungeness crab, head-on shrimp, crawfish, Penn cove mussels, manila clams, and peach cobbler.

The exclusive takeout menu is available for order at Gravy until noon on June 19, or when all orders are filled. Meals can be picked up during Father’s Day weekend, June 20 to 21.
