Celebrate Seattle Pride with a box of goodies from Elysian Brewing

Rather than canceling all pride parades and events this summer, organizers behind Seattle Pride have announced their decision to shift this year’s celebrations to a series of online events.

To help you celebrate in-person, Elysian Brewing has worked with Seattle Pride to release a box filled with cupcakes, pride swag, a virtual pride event insert, and Cake Topper beer to help you celebrate.

Back in 2018, the Supreme Court ruled in favor of a cakeshop owner who chose not to bake a wedding cake for a same-sex couple. One year after the decision, the brewery chose to celebrate marriage equality by hosting a wedding in their Elysian Capitol Hill location. In honor of the special day, the Cake Topper beer was created: a brut IPA with pink guava, vanilla, and lactose to emulate the flavors of a fruity, champagne-infused wedding cake.

Those looking to order the gift boxes can do so now until June 25 on the Elysian Brewing website. Boxes will be delivered on Friday, June 26.
