What to eat in and around Seattle today: Tutta Bella

May 26 2020, 8:28 pm

Bring a tradition from our pre-COVID world, pizza parties, into the current one by hosting a virtual pizza party and ordering in from Tutta Bella.

The Italian restaurant was founded in 2004 and is inspired by the authentic wood-fired pizzas of Naples as well as the rest of Italian cuisine.

According to a statement on their website, all Tutta Bella pizzas follow “strict adherence to the culinary discipline of the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana from the preparation of raw ingredients to the cooking method in an approved wood-fired oven.”

Start your order with a salad. Stick with classic Caesar and Napoli, or try a mista, marinated beets, or salerno salad with romaine ribbons, buffalo mozzarella, fennel, tomato, English cucumbers, basil, and dijon vinaigrette.

Next, move on to the main attraction. Pick between nine types of pizzas, which come in two sizes.

There’s classic Margherita with tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, basil, and extra virgin olive oil.
