What to eat in and around Seattle today: The Metropolitan Grill
Those looking for a 32 oz bone-in ribeye A5 Long Bone steak from Japan can now do so at The Metropolitan Grill.
The restaurant is one of only three in the United States to be serving the coveted cut, and it’s the first in the country to acquire the Olive beef tenderloin, which is raised in Japan’s Kagawa Prefecture, where the cows are fed a special diet of Inawara rice straw, Italian ryegrass, and pressed olives.
The 32 oz Kagoshima Craft Wagyu is priced at $380 and serves two to three people.
