What to eat in and around Seattle today: Spoon Cakes

Aug 11 2020, 10:01 pm

Rutchel Lois created Spoon Cakes for those who eat cake like ice cream out of a tub.

Her rich, organic, five-layered dark chocolate cakes come packaged in tins ready for you to spoon a few bites out, put the lid back on, and stick it back into the fridge until you’re ready for more.

Each cake is handmade from scratch with organic and premium ingredients and contains no nuts or fruit.
