What to eat in and around Seattle today: Eight Row

Aug 10 2020, 8:34 pm

Understanding that the United States is an “entire country of immigrants,” Eight Row considers themselves a “quintessentially American” restaurant serving up pan-American dishes and beer, cider, and wine from around the world.

The restaurant uses fresh ingredients from small, family-run Washington farms to produce quality food that looks and tastes Michelin-star worthy.

Eight Row is currently offering two separate menus: one for takeout, and one for dine-in service.

The takeout menu consists of cocktails to go, as well as Nichols pickles, tomato salad, grilled squid, pozole, roasted pork sandwich, rabbit tacos, spring onion cavatelli, arroz con pollo, half duck, tacos with pie and wine, as well as a slice of pie or pint housemade ice cream.

The dine-in service features grilled broccoli, fried eggplant, coho ceviche, chicken liver mousse, Nichols pickles, grilled squid, spring onion cavatelli, seared coho, arroz con pollo, half duck, and smoked shoulder barbacoa.
