What to eat in and around Seattle today: Mountaineering Club

Sep 17 2020, 7:27 pm

No, you don’t have to be a mountain climber to gain entry to the Mountaineering Club, you simply just have to make a reso.

Located at the top of the Graduate Seattle Hotel, the cozy restaurant has both a sleek rooftop bar and a cozy chalet vibe.

Those hoping to catch the sunset while sipping on tasty cocktails and eating reimagined campfire eats should do so at the rustic restaurant.

Mountaineering Club is known for its beverages. Share a 64-ounce growler with a group of friends, or branch off on your own with one of their clever cocktails. We love can’t stand the rain with Jamaican rum, mystical alpine potion, Lillet blanc, hopped grapefruit bitters, and a pinch of salt, as well as I forgot longjohns with mezcal, Irish whiskey, cinnamon, chamomile liqueur, toasted pecan, lemon, and ginger kombucha.

If you’re feeling peckish, go for $4 oysters, shrimp cocktail, or clam chowder.
