The restaurant focuses on simple seafood, local vegetables, proteins, and of course, house-made pasta dishes.

Haymaker currently serves up dinner and drinks from 5 pm and splits their menu into raw, vegetables, and others, house-made pasta, protein, dessert, and chefs tasting menu with four courses for $45.

We suggest ordering grilled green beans, black tiger prawn, and heirloom tomatoes to start.

Then, move on to tonnarelli with Dungeness crab, squash blossom, and sofrito, or strozzapreti with bolognese, tomato, and mascarpone. Haymaker’s aged steak frites and Nashville hot chicken sandwich are also ones to order.
