What to eat in and around Seattle today: Dim Sum King

Oct 22 2020, 5:16 pm

In some ways, dim sum is the Chinese equivalent of a brunch buffet.

While some dim sum restaurants roll their food around on carts, Seattle’s Dim Sum King makes it a little easier by having a menu that lists out their offerings for you to choose from.

Dim Sum King is currently open for dine-in, takeout, and delivery through Uber Eats.

Go into Dim Sum King with an empty stomach — you’re going to want as much room as possible in there to fill with tasty goodies.

Start with a few dumplings. Shrimp dumplings and sui mai are incredibly popular choices as are the pot stickers.

Add on some turnip cakes, sticky rice, congee, and steamed bbq pork buns for a complete meal.

Finally, finish with some egg tarts. Trust us, you don’t want to skip out on this custardy dessert.
