What to eat in around Seattle today: GanBei

Oct 19 2020, 7:11 pm

Named after the act of cheersing with friends, Gan Bei is all about community and love with each bite of food.

The authentic spot has so many dish options to choose from, you’re going to need to go back more than once to taste it all.

You’ve gotta try a plate of fried rice at Gan Bei. We love the kimchi bacon fried rice and the scallop fried rice.

Those looking to try something new should indulge in some ching jing dan with rice. The smooth eggs are topped with fresh chives and are a perfect cold-weather snack.

Honestly, you can’t go wrong ordering anything from the menu, including delicious chicken wings and noodles.
