What to eat in and around Seattle today: Ciudad Grill

Sep 3 2020, 7:44 pm

Ciudad Grill in Georgetown is all about community.

The restaurant focuses on meals to share with friends and family, and it is influenced by cultures all over the world.

Their menu is “designed for you to guide your own journey” and is filled with meat and vegetable dishes that have been cooked over a charcoal grill.

Meant for sharing, most of Ciudad Grill’s menu is appetizers and small plates. Pick between padrón peppers, flatbread and dips, salt cod fritters, artisanal greens, a summer vegetable terrine, patatas bravas, and more.

From the grill, order by weight. Enjoy tahini-marinated chicken, hangar steak, Spanish chorizo, pork collar, vegetables mixed with dukkah, or fao 27 octopus in quarter pound, half pound, or full pound plate options.

Finally, finish off your meal with grilled peach cake or house-made cheesecake or take home some of their ready-packaged meats and sauces to go.
