What to eat in and around Seattle today: Catfish Corner Express

Jun 10 2020, 7:00 pm

Is it a cat? Is it a fish? It’s a catfish! A beautiful murky-water-loving fish with elegant cat-like whiskers.

Anyway, if you’re wanting to eat some catfish, Catfish Corner Express is the place to be.

With fresh farm-raised catfish and its own YouTube mini-series, this catfish restaurant is the local pit stop you didn’t know you needed.

At Catfish Corner Express, there are only 12 items on the menu. That’s small enough to order one of everything yet large enough to come back 12 times to sample each one.

You can’t leave the restaurant without trying their catfish. Choose between 1 pound of catfish fillet, a half-pound of catfish fillet, or a whole catfish. You can also get 1 pound of red snapper fillet, a half-pound of red snapper fillet, or baked cajun catfish.

If you’re not really feeling like eating fish, go for the prawns and fries or winglets and fries.
