The Elephant Car Wash — you know the one, home of the iconic elephant sign — is reportedly set for demolition.

According to the Daily Journal of Commerce, Seattle-based property management Clise Properties has filed an early plan with the city to demolish the Elephant Car Wash located at 616 Battery Street in the Denny Triangle.

The 19,442 square foot property has been the home of the Pink Elephant Car Wash since 1956.

Daily Hive has reached out to Clise Properties and Pink Elephant for comment.
