USPS truck redesign is getting the meme treatment online

In an effort to make the United States Post Office (USPS) more environmentally friendly, Oshkosh Defense has been chosen to build the next generation of mail delivery vehicles.

Oshkosh Defense will manufacture both zero-emission battery electric vehicles and fuel-efficient low-emission internal combustion engine vehicles, that will sustainably upgrade the USPS fleet.

The new vehicles are set to begin production in 2023, as the USPS hopes to roll out between 50,000 and 165,000 vehicles on American streets.

Unfortunately, news of the USPS taking steps to become more environmentally cautious was overshadowed by one thing: the look of the vehicles.
