Radar is the type of food establishment that’s hard to pin down. If we were forced to put a label on it, we’d use something like “Modern American”; however, words like amazing, home away from home or foundation-shifting are all suitable substitutions.
With it’s large and lovely patio and exclusive indoor dining space, the wonderful Portland eatery has reopened to the public with reservations, as well as offering pick-up and delivery.
