Wim Hof Method Workshop – Guided Breathing, Meditation, and Sauna
What: The program kicks off with an introduction to the Wim Hof Method. There will be a breathing session where you will learn to tap into the deepest part of your mind and physiology. Unlike many other meditation techniques, you will feel the vibrant sensation right away at the workshop. The workshop will continue with an ice bath at a beautiful rooftop, where you can challenge your mind and body with amazing group support.
The Breathe Building also has a sauna where every participant can warm up nicely after the ice bath. At the end there is ample room for reflection, and the Instructor is there to answer questions throughout the workshop.
