20 Portland dogs to celebrate the arrival of the weekend (PHOTOS)

It’s been a bit of a soggy week, but that’s something that usually suits our furry friends.

While we look forward to a long weekend ahead of us, there’s still the matter of shaking off the rust that builds up over the course of a workweek. For that, nothing is a better remedy than puppers (not an actual medical opinion).
