The best Portland Instagram photos from the weekend: May 15 to 18

It was a wonderful weekend in the Pacific Northwest, and to top it all off, there have been a few restrictions lifted in terms of moving about the city, fueling the economy, and hitting the outside world.

While it is still highly encouraged to stay inside your home, there is a lot of excitement around Oregon as citizens prepare to re-discover their state once further restrictions begin melting.
