Today, we’re here to pinpoint an exceptional pizza spot — home in a tiny food cart — called LoveVerona Pizza & Pasta. It has been growing a hungry and passionate fan base for quite some time, but it’s not their pizza that we’re here to blush about.
Don’t get us wrong, the pizza on offer at LoveVerona is an exceptional example of traditional pizzerias servings mixed with some more modern, clean, and western favorites. They toss up some truly to-die-for pizza pies.

When you arrive at the food truck lot on 3rd Avenue between Harvey Milk Street and Washington Street, take the time to soak in the wondrous options on display for all of your pizza desires, but we highly suggest paying an extra second to their pasta menu.

It’s unclear if there is anything better in life than a perfect pasta dish, and one that you can just snag on a walk is even better. However, the Cavatini at LoveVerona could just be our favorite Italian pasta dish in the entire city. No, the entire state. Nay! The entire country.
Featuring lasagna noodles, beef, Italian sausage, pepperoni, ricotta, Parmesan, and tomato sauce topped with mozzarella and fresh basil, alongside a piece of garlic bread on the side, just the word Cavatini makes our mouth water.
