The Portland Japanese Garden is all set to celebrate traditional Japanese New Year on January 5, 2020.

Attendees will get to experience exciting performances and activities including the Lion Dance, a tea ceremony, a Koto harp concert, and Mochitsuki (pounded rice cake) as the finale event — all to welcome the new year and celebrate prosperity and good luck in a traditional Japanese style.
