Portland Hawaiian food truck Grind Wit Tryz to open brick and mortar
Fan-professed kings of Ono Food in Portland, Grind Wit Tryz, has been a pretty hot ticket in the short time that they have been operating their food truck on the streets. This week, they announced that they will be opening a brick and mortar location.
A small, and gut-dropping tease, posted on their frequented Instagram channel says, “one year of our truck being open and unfortunately it’s time to close our doors.”
Luckily for us, it was just some fooling around. Grind Wit Tryz continues by writing, “AND START A NEW CHAPTER!! We are proud to announce we will be expanding & opening our very own restaurant.”

The new physical location for Grind Wit Tryz will reportedly be next to the Salt and Straw on Alberta Street, which is at the corner of NE 21st Street.
We absolutely adore this vivacious and delicious establishment, and are excited to check out their new shop once it finally opens its doors.
