The Oregon Museum of Science and Industry will be featuring an exciting holiday-themed event that will delight children and adults alike until January 2.

Gingerbread Adventures will feature a “sweet and smart” look into the science behind building delicious and beautiful gingerbread houses.
Four teams of local bakers, designers, architects, and construction firms will work together to make gingerbread treats, which will be totally edible (and yummy) with the exception of the base and structural supports.

Attendees will be asked to vote for their favorite gingerbread house at the voting kiosk.
