Oregon's largest Cinco De Mayo festival is back next year

The 36th annual Cinco De Mayo fiesta is back in Portland for another year of Mexican entertainment, fun, and food.

Hosted and presented by the Portland Guadalajara Sister City Association, the Cinco De Mayo Fiesta, which is taking place in May 2020, is “the largest multicultural festival in the state of Oregon,” according to the events release, and will feature Mariachi bands, carnival rides, Mexican artwork, tequila tasting, authentic Mexican food like arepas, churros, elites, tacos, carnitas, and so much more.

The festival will also be serving Mexican classics like horchatas, tejuinos, and agues frescos.

Amateur boxing matches and face painting are other highlights that make it one of the most exciting summer events of 2020.
