This cozy, family-owned establishment specializes in handmade dumplings and noodles, and is an ode of sorts to the owners’ Taiwanese roots and history. Their pan-fried dumplings are absolutely delicious and stuffed generously with tender minced pork that melts in your mouth. You seriously need to visit this place asap.

Chin’s Kitchen doesn’t play around. Their Northeastern style Chinese restaurant has generous portion sizes at good prices, which makes a trip down to Chin’s all the more worth it. Our personal favorite here is the seafood dumplings, a plate of juicy parcels of shrimp, eggs, and Chinese leeks all encased in perfectly pleated doughy wrappers.

Chef/owner Xuemei Simard can usually be found working away on her hand-pulled noodles inside her food cart that she owns with her husband, Duane. Their noodles are some of the best in the city — you’re going to want two orders.
