Beloved Italian eatery Casa Vacca in Portland is going to reopen its dining room with additional patio and outdoor seating space on Tuesday, June 30.
They’ve been serving up some of the most luxurious and delicious Italian tapas in Portland for a long while and even adapted to the lockdown with a finish-at-home meal kit menu.
Next week, patrons and tasty food lovers can rejoice as this outstanding establishment reopens its dining space, adding to the list of restaurants opening back up through the Oregon government’s phased plan.
As for the updated Casa Vacca menu, it hasn’t yet been released in full, but the company shared that some fan favorites are going to be on the ready upon reopening.

“We are back with favorites like our ‘famous’ Kale Salad, delightful Fig Crostino, crispy Calamari, savory Wings,” Casa Vacca wrote on Instagram. “We have added some classic entrée pastas on handmade fresh noodles (Gluten-Free available) and hand-tossed personal pizzas (new pizza oven)! All will be available for easy Take-Out too.”
