What to eat in Portland today: Casa Vacca Italian Tapas

May 25 2020, 8:44 pm

Portland plays home to some of the most widely traveled food regimens, and we’re extremely better off for it. Through meals, we can experience so much tradition from all over the world, right from the comfort of our vastly gorgeous city.

One spot, that Dished is quick to recommend on any given night, is the adventure in flavor brought to us by Casa Vacca Italian Tapas in Multnomah Village.

As many businesses adapt to the changing economic environment, Casa Vacca, alongside other restaurants, are trying to ensure that Portlandians can continue experiencing the wide variety of culinary journeys offered.

All the way down their astounding menu, Casa Vacca packs the punch with epic taste combinations, textures, and twists that are bound to keep you coming back.

What to order

If things we’re open, and Casa Vacca was operating in their normal dining room, we’d be negligent not to suggest the Porcini Gnocchi pictured above.

However, due to pick-up and finish-at-home trends used to keep things functioning in this odd economic period, Cassa Vacca has shifted to offering full meal kits for you to take home with you, and this menu is a revolving one.

So, instead of a single dish, we’ll easily suggest that you take Casa Vacca up on whatever it is they’re serving up on their Take-out Dinner menu. This week features a Tuesday Wing Dinner, and a Thursday Rib Fest.
