While our love for ramen isn’t season-specific, it’s a no-brainer that hot soup-soaked-noodles and dreary weather are a marriage made in heaven.

Enjoy ramen straight out of Tokyo thanks to Afuri. Their signature Yuzu Shio bowl is pretty amazing and features a broth made from locally grown chicken reduction, dried fish, seaweed, vegetables, and yuzu citrus. If you find yourself here, try their Yuzu Shio ramen.

This pan-Asian hot spot whips up vegan ramen that gloriously competes with its meaty ramen counterparts. The Ichiza Noodle Soup, with rice noodles, “chicken,” yu choy, cilantro, green onions, house chili sauce, and incredible broth made with 13 medicine herbs and spices is just as good as its description sounds.
