Instead of enjoying this beautiful Spring in Oregon, many folks are following guidelines to stay indoors, which means no local festivals.
One of Oregon’s favorite festivals, especially this time of the year, is the Tulip Festival hosted by the Wooden Shoe Farm. While the farm is still open for sales of planted flowers, the wide photogenic fields of tulips will remain closed off to the public.
