1927 S'mores Company wants to bring S'more love to Oregon

What started as a newsletter dedicated to the classic gooey combo snack, owners James and Elise Kelly set up their “S’morefront” in 2019, where the pair have been delving out torch-fired artisanal variations on the tried-and-true s’more.

Aside from actual handheld snacks, 1927 S’mores will also cater events, with table offerings, build-your-own kits, and even an adorable set of food carts.

Named after the first known occurrence of a written recipe for s’mores, the 1927 S’mores Company pays tribute to the Girl Guides who coined the combo and its now-famous name.
