Warning, you could be about to fall head over feet.
‘Cause you oughta know that Alanis Morissette is selling her 2-bedroom, 2-bath Ottawa condo for a jagged little $989,000.
But hey, if you can live in the nation’s capital in a truly spectacular place for less than the average price of a home in Toronto or Vancouver, maybe you should put one hand in your pocket and use the other one to sign a check.
- Open House: $6.3 million luxury pad in Yaletown
- Open House: $1,299,900 million stunning executive villa in Calgary's west side
- Open House: A stunning Parkdale loft for under $500,000
According to Ottawa brokers Engel & Völkers, who hold the listing, the condo has “spectacular northern, western and southern views of downtown, Parliament, the Ottawa River and the Gatineau Hills – including absolutely striking sunsets.”
Located on the 11th floor of the Sussex building at 40 Boteler Street, this condo has a location just as enviable as its star power.
In fact, here it is on an old episode of Cribs:
The listing goes on to describe the space in all sorts of lovely detail including its “Eastern influences,” but what really matters is that Ryan Reynolds has probably been here at some point.
Would it be ironic if you ended up living in Alanis Morissette’s old pad? No, it wouldn’t be. Because we know what the word ironic means. But it would still be very, very cool.
