The 26-acre park, located just off Sherbrooke Street, has been a hot spot for Instagrammers since the weather perked up as beautiful tints of purple have mixed in with the park’s heavy greenery.
The 127-year-old park is divided by Maisonneuve’s bike path and features a conveniently-located gazebo, a dog park, tennis courts, soccer fields, the town’s library, and a stream (complete with a mini waterfall).
If you haven’t ventured to Westmount to check out the park and its corresponding cherry blossoms, you may just have to ink it into this weekend’s plans.
To tide you over, here’s how Westmount Park’s cherry blossom trees look like in the virtual world.
