Iconic Japanese matcha cafe reveals it's opening a Montreal location
Kyoto-based international cafe Tsujiri is will be opening its first Quebec outpost in Montreal.
The iconic Japanese matcha cafe already has several locations in Ontario, and it also has spots popping up all over Canada including ‘coming soon’ stores in BC and Halifax.

Tsujiri has been around since 1860, and the brand is widely recognized for using green tea leaves from Uji in Kyoto, and grinding them using a traditional method before making their famous array of teas, baked goods, and dessert.
The brand currently has locations all over Japan, the UK, Australia, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, New Zealand, and Indonesia to name a few.

Matcha lovers will likely have to be pretty patient as the Tsujiri Canada team has not revealed an opening date or exact address for the Montreal cafe, but the new spot is listed as ‘coming soon’.
