Us Montrealers love nothing more than a good party — and if there’s a way that we can get fit at the same time, you can count us in.

On Friday, September 13, Montreal was transformed for what can only be described as an unforgettable night. The evening was centred around a neon-lit running (or walking) course which offered incredible after-dark views of the city for Michelob ULTRA and The Running Room’s ULTRA Night Run.

A total of 740 participants had the chance to take on a five- or 10-km challenge and live their best life every step of the way, while live DJs spun tracks throughout the night to keep runners motivated.

Of course, this is the kind of event that calls for a big celebration upon completion. That’s why runners crossed the finish line to join a neon-lit beer garden, complete with a live band and drinks.

Yes, the ULTRA Night Run was literally lit. Participants also received a free t-shirt and a shiny congratulatory medal.

Are you feeling the FOMO yet? If so, don’t worry. There’s a way that you can experience the magic of the ULTRA Night Run for yourself: registering for next year’s event!
