Mother Nature isn’t about to let 2019 go out quietly, as 25 weather alerts are currently in effect across Quebec.

According to Environment Canada, the alerts range from special weather statements, freezing rain, blizzards, and snowfall warnings, as much of the province is getting smacked with a wintery cocktail to conclude the year.

The majority of the province’s alerts are calling for up to 25 cm of snowfall while some Northern areas can expect “rapidly accumulating snow,” and the northern community of Salluit may experience a blizzard due to “high southwesterly winds.”
