The pandemic isn’t going to keep Montebello Rockfest from jamming out.

The popular annual music festival which takes place every June in Montebello, Quebec, will transform into a virtual edition, streaming videos from nearly 15 years worth of unreleased footage.

The exclusive footage will feature behind the scenes clips from a variety of bands since the festival’s inception in 2005, live music, mosh pitting, and fans.

“It will be exactly as if you were there: the road trip to Montebello, your arrival at the campground, the party all over town, the music, the sunburns and the usual madness while shouting rockfest,” reads the festival’s social media pages.

Traditionally, the weekend festival gathers more than 100,000 people into the small town of Montebello, located 130 km outside of Montreal.

Tickets for the June 19 to 21 festival go on sale today at 12 pm through the Montebello Rockfest website.
