Illumi, Laval’s “dazzling world of lights,” is going forward with a revamped edition of its second annual outdoor light show.

The fall edition is transforming exclusively into a drive-through experience.

Illumi ā€“ A Drive-Through World of Lights will be deployed on the same site in Laval but the light journey will expand to become three times larger than the original venue.

The new three-kilometre route will offer “18 fantastic themed worlds,” including 10 new universes and a total of 15 millionLED lights sparkling off of more than 30,000 mesmerizing structures.

In order to navigate through the light show, visitors who travel to the site via public transit will be able to board the Illumi trains, designed specifically for the “safety and comfort” of all attendees.

Illumi, an offshoot of Quebec’s popular Cavalia team of live entertainment, is “proud to participate actively and tangibly in the provinceā€™s social, economic, cultural and tourism recovering efforts.”

The Drive-Through World of Lights will start brightening the Laval sky on October 2nd, 2020 until January 10th, 2021.

Tickets will be available soon on the Illumi website.
