Quebec reports less than 30 coronavirus-related deaths for third straight day
The Quebec government revealed that the province’s COVID-19-related death toll has reached 5,298 after announcing 29 more deaths since Tuesday afternoon.
There are a reported 117 new known cases of the coronavirus, according to the Santé Quebec website. That brings the confirmed total to 54,263 known cases with 690 hospitalizations, 72 of whom are in the ICU.
Currently, a reported 485,132 tests have turned up negative throughout Quebec and over 25,000 cases have been resolved.

Santé Quebec says despite the new cases, hospitalizations and patients in the ICU are continuing to drop.
