20 magical photos from today's Montreal snowfall

Dec 12 2016, 11:44 pm

If you thought Montreal’s first snowfall was beautiful, then you’re going to love what the city’s latest blanket of white has in store.

This morning, the city woke up to several inches of fresh snow covering everything from cars to sidewalks, in addition to large silencing snowflakes slowly flowing to the ground.

That pretty much sounds like Narnia to us.

According to the weather forecast, there is no end in sight. Light snow will continue today, while Tuesday and Wednesday will see cold temperatures and a few flurries. Though we’ll have a break from falling snow on Thursday and Friday, it will reappear over the weekend with up to 10cm on Saturday and 2-4cm on Sunday.

Apparently, The Weather Network’s prediction that Montreal is in for a lot of snow this winter is turning out to be pretty accurate.

At least a white Christmas is looking all the more likely!

Check out 20 photos from Montreal’s latest snowfall (the city’s most gorgeous yet).
