The 36th season of Opération Nez Rouge begins today

In case you needed more of a sign that the holiday season is upon us, Opération Nez Rouge starts today.

The annual volunteer drive, which coincides with holiday office parties and events, is a service that helps inebriated motorists get home by having sober volunteers drive their vehicles back for them.

Last year, Nez Rouge gave 73,000 rides across Canada, with nearly 56,000 in Quebec alone.

This year’s service runs from November 29 to December 31 and volunteers can sign up via the Nez Rouge app or the service’s website.
