Voiles en Voiles will adjust their current winter weekend hours to their seven days a week, springtime hours, starting May 17.

Given the size of the structures, the ships remain on site throughout the winter but they are unclimbable. Come mid-May however, guests will able to channel their inner Jack Sparrow every day.

The life-size replicas of both royal and pirate ships from the 18th century are climbable, scalable and zipline-able. The ships are over 100 feet in length and range from two feet high for the young pirates to 35 feet for Peter Pan wannabes.

The obstacle course features 61 different activities between the Royal Ship and the Pirate Ship. Activities include ziplining, rock climbing, and bouncy castles.

Rates vary depending on which activities you want to board. The inflatable games, for example, cost $12, while the rock climbing wall, aerial courses, and ziplining will set you back $45.

(Rum not included)

Everyone who enters the courses is given a harness and a helmet which is to be worn throughout the adventure and closed shoes are a must. Voiles en Voiles uses Saferoller from the companyĀ Kanopeo, to ensure participants it’s impossible to become detached during the course.

Once open, the obstacle course stays open every day, including light to medium rain showers. If you want to be a pirate after all, you have to expect to get a little bit wet.
