Even with the possibility of a some rain on the way, the last weekend of April is bringing with it some serious maple.
And things might get sappy — in a good way.
- Quebec's $1.25 'croissant day' returns to Montreal on May 25
- La Ronde to kick off upcoming season with wild new 7-storey loop roller coaster
- Google Earth releases timelapse of Montreal over the last 35 years (VIDEO)
- Beyond Meat burgers available at Sobeys stores across Canada starting today
From April 26 to 28, the Quai Jacques-Cartier will transform into a giant platform that celebrates all the maple goodness.

The third edition of the Festival Gueule D’érable will feature taffy tasting, live music, syrup-making workshops, food trucks, axe throwing, pop-up shops, and beer (for the older crowd).
Take a look below at the video from last year’s Festival Gueule D’érable. There ain’t no party like a sugar shack party.
