As if suffering through a worldwide pandemic wasn’t tough enough, Mother Nature has not been kind to Montrealer’s so far this spring.

It looks like that’s about to change, at least in the near future.

According to The Weather Network’s week-long forecast, things are supposed to heat up in Montreal considerably compared to today’s “feels like” temperature of -4°C.

Sunday is expected to cap off the week with the toastiest weather, with highs of 20°C (we’ll take its chance of showers.)

Starting on Wednesday, the forecast calls for a week straight of double-digit temperatures, with 14 and 11 hours of expected sunshine on Wednesday and Thursday, respectively.

Friday is slated to bring with it some “light rain,” according to the weather agency, and Saturday is predicted to have a high of 16°C with a matching ‘feels like.’

Today’s high is forecasted at 8ºC before dropping to feel like -5°C overnight.
