Mixed weather conditions expected for the Labour Day long weekend in Montreal

The last long weekend of summer is upon us, and it’s expected to bring a mixed bag of sun and showers along with it to Montreal.

According to The Weather Network, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will hover around the low 20ºs before a chance of showers on Labour Day Monday.

Friday is slated to feel like 24ºC throughout the afternoon before dipping to 12ºC at night, according to the weather agency. Saturday and Sunday are expected to bring 11 and 10 hours of sunshine, respectively, and highs of 21ºC before reaching a ‘feels like’ of 29ºC on Monday. Monday’s forecast is calling for up to 4 mm of rain, cloudy, and a chance of showers.

Going into next week, Tuesday is slated to reach ‘feels like’ high of 34ºC before levelling out to a sunny and warm mid-week.

Keep in mind that Monday’s statutory holiday will result in various closures so be sure to plan out your day accordingly.
