2018 may be over but 2019 might soon be buried… in snow, that is.
According to The Weather Network, Montreal could be hit with up to 25 cm of powder on Tuesday, January 8.
What’s even more unsettling is Tuesday’s snowstorm is slated to be wedged in between five cm on January 7 and another 5 cm January 9, meaning that Montreal could potentially be dealing with up to 35 total cm of fresh snow by next Wednesday.
After a dangerous cold spell in November, Montrealers dealt with a mild and relatively easy December. But let’s be real, that was never going to last.
If you’re looking for the silver lining, this weekend is expected to be mild and the city is slated to see some sun.
