Montreal’s Society for the prevention of Cruelty to Animals has put out an urgent call for witnesses in a case involving a dead dog, according to the SPCA Facebook page.

A female husky, approximately one-year-old, was found dead and beaten on April 11 in a black bag.

The dark brown and white coated dog was found lifeless in the Sud-Ouest borough of Montreal. The dog was shown with obvious signs of being abused and was alarmingly skinny. The dog’s body was put in a black garbage bag before it was placed in a bigger sports bag.
