
The recent snowfall throughout Montreal will be removed — but only after New Year’s Day.
Montreal launched an island-wide snow-removal campaign in November, the city’s earliest snow-clearing operation ever, and round two will get underway on Thursday morning, January 2.

According to Jean-Francois Parenteau, Montreal executive committee member and Verdun’s Mayor, the snow-clearing operation will start throughout the city at 7 am on Thursday.
