The second week of November has brought nearly 20 cm of snow with it and enough cold to make you forget that winter only officially starts in six weeks.

It currently feels like -22ºC in Montreal but more regular November temperatures are on its way, and quickly.

According to The Weather Network’s short-term forecast, temperatures are expected to feel 14ºC warmer between Wednesday and Thursday.

Wednesday’s frigid ‘wind chill’ weather of -22ºC is expected to feel like a much more November-esque -8ºC on Thursday before heating up to -3ºC on Friday.

The weekend is forecasted to drop down to the double negatives again at -12ºC and -10ºC on Saturday and Sunday, respectively.

So, bundle up during the workweek’s midway point and set your sights to a warmer end of the week before expecting some weekend sunshine.
