Mother Nature isn’t about to let the last Friday of the year slip away. Or is she?

Environment Canada expects today’s freezing rain to switch to rainfall by this evening, but that didn’t stop Montrealers from having some fun with this morning’s ice.

In the South Shore, a father and son opted to strap on the skates and hit the ice (on the road) and a hockey player worked on some road-side skills because, why not?

During freezing rain warnings, Environment Canada urges citizens to continually monitor weather updates and to remain diligent while travelling, even if that means via skates on the road.
