Happy Sunday, Montreal! From a used book sale to alpacas, here are some events to make the tail-end of your weekend a good one.

Used book sale

Once again this year, the Longueuil library network offers you the chance to get a large selection of novels, comics, documentaries, magazines, children’s books and encyclopedias for low prices. Cash only.

Get a free holiday drink from Starbucks

Spread some holiday cheer with Starbucks over the next five days because when you buy a Holiday Spice Flat White or Eggnog Latte for yourself, you’ll also get a FREE holiday bevy for a friend. Alpacas from A to Z

Who doesn’t love a cute alpaca?

You can get up close and personal with these cute furry creatures at an alpaca workshop happening at the Longueuil Public Market on November 11 and 12.

Time: Workshops take place at 11 am and 2 pm. The animals will be present from 10 am to 5 pm on both days.

Puppy Adoption Day

There is nothing like a cute, cuddly puppy and you can now adopt your very own at Le Doggy Cafe on November 12.

Le Doggy Cafe is hosting adoption agency Animatch.

The cafe has hosted these puppy adoption events in the past and it’s a perfect way for potential dog owners to find out how they can adopt.

Liquid Architecture

An immersive ‘liquid architecture’ exhibition will be taking place at Montreal’s Society of Technological Arts (SAT).

The exhibit is an audiovisual experience that deconstructs 3D scans of monuments, buildings, and structures into a mesmerizing experience that will be projected on the dome of the SAT.

Where: SAT, 1201 Boul. Saint Laurent
When: Until November 31, 2017 (From Tuesday to Saturday)
Time: 7 pm, each show runs for 40 minutes
